ShortSellers:

I have had fun watching your previous postings. There is no question that short sellers are a tough crew. The rumors they put out are fantastic stories. The stories scare the daylights out of the investing public. I have done research on the company and the shortsellers make me second guess myself on occasion.....

Who cares? Besides I heard through the grapevine that this complaint was dismissed without prejudice and the plaintiff had to pay the defendants legal fees.

Is this true?

Why would Thomas Weisel care about a complaint that was dismissed with prejudice and the plaintif being forced to pay legal fees.

You on the other hand have been found guilty and fined by a Los Angeles Court. Right or Wrong? Please answer the question so everyone cand read for themselves what kind of person you are. Or are you afraid to dislose your real character?

If you fail to respond, EVERYONE WHO READS YOUR POSTINGS SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS, based upon previous performance and lack of character.

If anyone needs references regarding Floyd's (TRUTHSEEKER) court proceedings, please feel free to contact me, I will be more than happy to give docket number and dates of the courts final decision, or for that matter the entire judgement/decision.
