si gives its members a lot of stuff they don't ask for, and excuses for the things they do.

i recently asked si admin bob for something and he said that in his opinion, it would take si programmers about two minutes max to do it. after three weeks of exchanging pm's on the subject, bob told me those guys wouldn't do it until they put some kind of a 'tool' in place to handle it.

smoke and mirrors, my man. that's the code of the road around si these days
