I don't know where you heard that, but it's not true. I have roaming charges to prove it. What they do claim is that they are 100% digital, meaning their towers and network is 100% digital. That's great when you're within their network range. Outside their this range you go to analog roaming through which they have made agreements with other providers on a 39 cents per minute roaming charge. This is cheaper than other company roaming charges.
