there are tons of politicians that favor lifting the boycott with Cuba as we do with China and other countries that arent Democratic i.e Ted KENNEDY or the Governor of ILLinois...their theory is that trade and other relations by us will create a greater opportunity for us to foster reform in the other country and this is a better alternative then armed conflict OR EVEN BOYCOTT.

I agree with this position.
