I was talking with a guy a few min ago and he mentioned that the Florida S. C. ruled today for a statewide hand recount. If this is true the Florida leg will cert the Bush electors and Congress will end up resolving the issue if the recount doesn't get settled in Bush's favor before January (12th is it?). Yuk Maybe Gore will conceed. I can picture it now both Gore and Bush are each going to have a transition team set up (there a lot of work the winner has to do between now and when they get inaugrated. It gonna look real goofy with a couple of thousand laywers, politicians and members of the news media focused on a 500 vote margin out of >6 mil votes. If I tried to count 6 mil ballots twice I'd be lucky to come within 500 out of two counts and that's just countin em.....with nothing to say about who get the vote on the ballot. mad2 I guess this all happend after the market close. I don't think this will be bullish for Monday.
