Dear David: Yes, I am. We here in Florida were making excellent progress in many areas thanks to Jeb Bush's leadership. Our two parties were working together in our Legislature and everything was fine until THIS came up. I am mad at our Courts for ALLOWING this Gore CREATURE to go on and on all in the name of HIS rights. What about MY rights? These suits now are frivolous and any thoughtful lawyer would agree. It is only a time tying up mechanism. They all should be dismissed IMMEDIATELY with PREJUDICE and Gore should be sent packing. I suspect this VENOM unleashed by Gore will cause great harm to our state in the future no matter what happens next. But, I can tell all of you one thing. For every vote our legislators lose from the people they will gain two from others. We are SICK AND TIRED of this. JDN
