Does anybody have any idea why Canacord was selling BAY shares in the open market at $1.50 today when they are doing the financing for BAY at $1.50 per unit... does this give them essentially free warrants???.... I guess the warrants could expire worthless under certain circumstances....

So selling shares is just reducing the exposure???
