Jay - would you please check the QC:PUTCALL.OEX

There have been 3 spikes in the data:
around 11:51, 12:15, 12:23
These unusual readings do not appear on cboe.com

Readings of 12 would mean that an enormous amount of contracts would be bot by a speculator (betting on a sharp fall of the markets) with deep pockets, whereas a reading of 1.5, as actual would mean that large account holders start to hedge their portfolios (meaning that they have loaded up positions and hedge them with puts).
\Completely different meanings.

Jay,

I deleted all files in TEMP directory, and loaded QCOM in qchart again, after restart qchart. it did improve, however, it still freez up for the first 10 seconds, then back to normal. This is not the case with other symbols.
