SWY isn't in a shakeout pattern, because the two tops were at different levels. If both recent tops had been at, say 58, then the 3-box reversal up yesterday would have been the shakeout pattern.

SWY is RS Buy and in X's, above the bullish support line, and looks good in general to me. The recent sell signal isn't at all surprising, and doesn't do much damage to the chart IMO. However, another sell signal here would break the support line, and then I'd be more concerned.
