AAPL has quite a bit of cash, I think 11$ a share nearly 4 bn plus.. they lost school sales hugely.. I think the business is available as a going concern for small investors at 4 $ at htis price.. the situation is great going forward.. same is MOT or INTC may be after warning 144 max downside and 26 on INTC or MSFT 40$ but than these huge cash piles come into play that is what I talekd about AAPL.. it needs big heart like you to be short these stocks.. DSP of TXN is a great product the stocks is cut to half so is LSI.. however INTC bad has a SOX potential to 390-420 area.. but don't forget that the PC sales had a 20 % growth rate..today.. lot of pessimism is built in hte market and the market still is unsure about FSC count request from Gore, I don't think that they accept it, I was reading Saul judgement that is quite a good one, morever the extension of deadline needed US Supreme court request for explaination from FSC, they cannot act more partisan now. I think they now realise that it is in the interest of the country to close the subject, they would like to do that now probably. The news about official help to put ID numbers is pre-election event the democrats could have gotten the same help but they did not ask for it, if I weigh all this I still think the end game that started last week is finally nearing its logical conclusion. fwiw
