The Demolibs apparently don't believe in Constitutional government. We have already seen them repudiate several provisions of the Constitution, citing opinion polls to support their views. They believe that the electoral college is irrelevant and should be ignored, that the constitutional provisions allocating certain obligations, duties, and rights to the legislature rather than the courts should be ignored, and they clearly believe that we don't have a system of three EQUAL branches of government -- the EQUAL legislative, executive, and judicial branches.
