Yeah, maybe. Perhaps when I get fired up this weekend. I do not know what they could be misunderstanding, people would have told them why they were complaining. In my case, I can see that the tree is between 6 and 7 foot when the stem on top is measured in. But the pine stops well short of that. I'm 6'3" or so, and the green stuff comes up only to my shoulders. That's including a stand so the tree is really less than 5'10" Perhaps along with the error about sending it three weeks early they also erred and sent a tree that was supposed to be between 5 and 6 foot. That may be it, they made one mistake so why not two. Too much to think about, much less drag on with. I'll e-mail them after I chill a bit more.
