With the introduction of voting machines, which are unbiased and nearly perfect when ballots are properly filled out, there is a legitimate election. Once human influence is introduced into the process, it is shot to hell, one way or the other. For example, look at the farce that occurred in Broward County. Rosenberg had to examine ballots with a magnifying glass to determine whether there was a vote cast or not. Meanwhile, the woman and the judge in the center merely cast a glance in 90% of the cases I observed, the woman barely casting a glance before saying gore. If most states have this as part of the process then I would say the system doesn't have any integrity beyond the machines.knc
