LOL! Reagan is the only politician I can remember who saw things from the point of view of the working stiffs. I half-way remember one of his jokes, I am sure I don't have it right, but something like this:

"The three biggest lies are "the check is in the mail"; "I'll still respect you in the morning"; and "I am from the federal government and I'm here to help you."
