if FLSC allows more hand recounting, with outcome in doubt,
and FL Legis appoints Bush Electors,
then USHouseRepresentative could sue in Federal court
they could actually ally with FL Legis to send a second group of FL Gore Electors

I think clusterfark is appropriate terminology
after USSupCt headslap, you can bank on FLSC upholding Sauls
