Maybe the article should have been titled "Change Happens Everywhere But Here". Thanks for posting the article. You can call Steve Bailey at (617) 929-2902. I did. So far I was the only pro-ESL caller, the other 15 were all con -- even though there's no indication they really understood the technology. Mr. Bailey's feeling is that at least 1 key state legislator is sitting on the bill to allow ESLs and that nothing's going to happen anytime soon. It's especially interesting that labor is against the bill since retailers are willing to stipulate that no one will lose his/her job because of ESL implementation. I guess people love going into stores at 12:00 AM on Saturdays to change prices.
