"The opening statements were pretty serious coming from the plaintiffs, actually criminal. The way Gore has acted, I don't wish to see him victorious, but this Martin Co. case is serious.. "

It comes down to if the judge will rule on law or on politics. As for the law:

42 US CODE SECTION 1971: No person acting under color of law shall . . . deny the right of any individual to vote in any election because of an error or omission on any record or paper relating to any application, registration, or other act requisite to voting, if such error or omission is not material in determining whether such individual is qualified under state law to vote in such election…

It would seem the "full, fair, and accurate" count is not meant to include some 15,000 absentee ballots, nor additional thousands of military votes. Now, why could that be?

I am no Republican or Democrat I support reason and logic, the last time I was with Clinton on moral turpitude and got a lot of abuse for not understanding the morality of the issue, than I was this small cuban kid and now I am with Bush for one reason only, you don't change the goal post in middle of the game, that what i said the first day and that what will hopefully finally prevail.. love to all

Two down one to go..Fla. Judge Rejects Bid to Void Absentee Ballots..

<<I don't wish to see him victorious, but this Martin Co. case is serious.. 2500 votes serious to Gore. I beleive he'll (Gore) loose Seminol Co., but win Martin, in any event both contest will be appealed to FSC, at which time GOP and democratic party will take over, as they are not technically litigants in the two absentee cases. The Martin case and the FSC, will most likely deceide the outcome. But this probably won't play out until Florida Congress has slated their Republican electors, at that time you have a U.S. Constitutional Crisis, as the 25 Electorial Votes would be slated for the candidate that did not win the popular Vote. >>

Your outlook as above is now seriously undermined lets see what happens with the FSC..
