You can't win without the electoral college vote. The national popular vote is irrelevant.

No, I have not stated that the electoral college doesn't carry the day. I am, however, in favor of the Florida Legislature asserting the legal vote of the people in accordance with Florida law. At this point, the ballots are no longer in their original state and any count resulting from a manual recount is tainted.knc

The popular vote doesn't matter, per our Constitution. Why do you even refer to it? Are you suggesting that we do something that is extra-Constitutional?
