very funny, but i had not checked SI in almost 3 months, and I got your post tonight.

i'm contemplating getting back into smtc here around $20 range. the 200-dma looks like it will provide pretty substantial support, so it seems like a fairly safe bet.

i have been cash and waiting patiently, i learned my lesson in 97 tech correction.

the only thing that might make me hesitate is that the stock might be dead money for up to a year, if the economy, tech slide, semi funk, and motorola conditions don't improve substantially. that is why i would try and buy something else as well, that has less issues to overcome.

hope you've been well, foggy in the valley right now.

i think the market has cost many dollars for many people, it would be worst for those on margin. i was spanked once with margin, i don't see many instances where i'll do that again, so i can weather storms better. tough market is right ...
