Dear LoF: Yes, I watched the whole exchange. For the life of me I dont see why the FSC insists on making such a big deal out of this. This is appeal of a lower court ruling not a reinvestigation of the facts. I have always been under the impression that upon appeal no NEW facts can be brought into a case that were not presented in the lower court case. I thought most of that Judges questions were way off base. JDN
