"I suppose you think the sky is not blue either."

Sometimes. Just looked out my window in the SF Bay area, and darn it ,the sky is grey this morning.

I appreciate your point of view about when the controversy started though, and respect your opinion. I still say Gore started it by using the laws to get a special advantage (which I have stated is legal). Bush is entitled to his opinion that this FL law allows for an un-equitable tabulation of the votes. I agree with him. Pretty sure that issue is still in front of the court althought they did not actually throw out the hand recounted votes (which is viewed as a Gore win).

Differing opinions are ok, and again I appreciate you sharing why you think Bush started it.

Sounds like a couple children to me. "He started it" "No I didn't....she started it"

Who really cares? AND what's the diff?

Sorry Ellen. Facts are Gore started all the legal mess by encouraging and funding the butterfly ballot suits in PBC. This matter should NEVER have ended up in any court and it wouldn't have if almost anyone other than Gore was the demolib candidate.
