Well they could just be divided as to how to respond. But I have to admit that you are likely right. Watch the market tank if they start this up again.

Dear LoF: I heard a fellow discuss this on FOX and he made a lot of sense to me. He said that if it was unanimous that might here by 5:00pm. He said that if there is dissent it would be sometime tomorrow (when dissent both sides have to pass their papers back and forth and agree on the language, takes some time). However, I didnt see ANY attorney or Judge active or retired that didnt say Gore would lose just what the vote count would be and the language used. I have to believe our FSC judges are not SO FAR out in left field that they would come out different than so many people have believed. JDN
