The order goes to Chicago, then New York.

Then New York takes a lunch break at that bar down by the pier I guess. Tells Arthur to take the confirm over on the Jersey Ferry across the Hudson and then semaphore the fill to the World Trade where they put a guy on a pony bound for Chicago.

It really does take twenty minutes more or less. Once it was about 45. New York ain't that concerned about the guy on our end; that's the long and short of it.
