Dear Yaacov: It isnt up to Boise what Gore will do. Gore calls those shots. Boise has hinted plainly and this time spelled it out that in his opinion the FSC was the end of the line. that doesnt mean GORE will listen. The option as to the Fla. Legislature would be for the Democratic Party to challenge their decision. They would lose, the Constitution is clear and the Supreme Court MADE THAT CLEAR the other day, however the would put a cloud over the electors and MAYBE push it all into Congress. No one really knows the answer. JDN
