Late today or tonite is the guess. The democrats wont like it but if they rule against gore, tis over. Market looks trendless to me today. Seminole trial + liberal talking heads and democrat lawyers predicting a reversal in Florida SC have made many investors understandably nervous again today. For the markets sake we need finality and the only finality is a bush victory, because we know republican legislature will reverse courts and republican congress will uphold that reversal. Gore will have the chance to be a good citizen when Florida SC also realizing all of the above upholds Judge Sauls.
