Continued turmoil due to Gore prevailing in either case may do the trick.

If there is a Gore win this week, and the market tanks, it ain't over, because next week the Florida Legislature WILL vote to certify Bush's Electors. Maybe even this weekend. I would definitely consider loading up, and I don't mean puts.
