There is this quality of legal argument that I refer to as "Jurisprudence". Legal reasoning, unlike, Bulletin Boards and News Papers requires a logic much like math. 1+1 always equals 2.

Sometimes this can be altered, but only AFTER the "2" has been first established.

With this in mind, let me summarize the snatch of the proceeding that I was referring to:

Judge: Very specific question.

Attorney for Gore: Ramble, Quote harsh language not in point, repeat, repeat again, if necessary and then repeat again.

Might work. Don't know.

If I had to bet money, I'd say that Seminole will go for Gore. At least, I don't think the Judge is going to rule that filling in the numbers was just a ministerial act. What remedy she will impose I cannot imagine.

I am expecting the Nasdaq to crash, afterwards.
