They have voting machines in one state that are touch-screen with feedback. It tells you you did not cast a vote or you cast too many etc.....Still people did not cast a vote in some contests..even for President. But I suspect Dems could "divine" who these people would have voted for based on their other votes.....but just in selected counties! Which reminds me, we had an initiative in CA to allow a spot on the ballot for "none of the above". Most thought it was unnecessary and laughed at it. It failed. Wonder how it would do now or in Florida?
