Perhaps - and this is a big perhaps - distribution of the CRM products will utilize the Internet as well as maintenance in the future.

I think it's an inevitable outcome. The less customization that is needed to integrate the products into the enterpise, the sooner that will happen. Cisco is now deriving 90% of its revenue from sales made over the Net.
