SXB There is really no need to visit the Yahoo! IMGN board. A lot of noise but no signals. The Raging Bull board is recommended. As for the particular posting it does not make any sense at all to me. There is no point in comparing NERXs technology with IMGN (Not that I know a lot about NERX). The only thing the two platforms have in common is that they are using MABs. IMGNs clinical trials have so far "confirmed" that their TAP is not toxic as long as it is in the bloodstream. The linkage between the MAB and the toxin seems to be very stable. This is one of the reasons they have not yet been able to finish their first single-dose dose-escalating study although they have been running it for a year now. They have "problems" reaching the MTD. Ice
