Doug, I don't really know what Intel's revenue streams look like going forward. But it doesn't look like there's any sector they're going to dominate in the near term like they do PC microprocessors. In sectors where there's competition, Intel's traditional fat margins are somewhat harder to come by.

The other thing to remember about Intel's big capital expenditures is that a lot of it was a reaction to a capacity crunch this year. Plus, the P4 has a 2-3x bigger die than the Piii, which also affects their pnear term production capacity somewhat.

The scary thing about the PC sector is that MSFT looks as sick as anybody, and Microsoft doesn't have any margin pressure at all.
