as a constant watcher of markets the last 15 years, imho, someone knows this merger is going to close imminently, and is trying to take advantage of it.


My gut's saying the same thing, but that's not exactly a certified barometer. :)

Has the spread ever been this narrow since the merger was announced?

We're 7pts from the 3.8 multiple.
