Ain't it the truth! I guess we can't say "count" the votes anymore. How about "examine" the votes.

In point of fact, the ONE body which is empowered by Florida law, the Miami-Dade Canvassing Board, to manually recount the votes, decided NOT to manually recount the votes in Miami-Dade because they did not think it would change the outcome of the election, they did not think they could complete the recount within the deadline imposed by the Florida Supreme Court, and they thought a partial recount would violate Florida law and potentially disenfranchise Hispanic voters. Why do you keep blaming the Bush team for the actions of the Miami-Dade Canvassing Board?

You can't blame the Bush team for being happy about it, but it wasn't their choice to make, they just benefit from it.
