Plus there is no free market when there is a minimum wage law, regulations that make it difficult to run a small business, subsidies to poor, wealthy, anyone who can give lots of money to electioneering. Etc Etc Etc

Agreed, that Greenspan doesn't have 10 bodyguard around him, and drive around in armor-plated cars is a mystery to me....anything happening to him would hurt the markets as much as losing a President.....Why DOESN'T the Fed Chairman have such protection? It only take one nut...
