The movement in SEAC's stock price has never followed any
ryme or reasoning as far as I can tell. Why did it run up
so high last year? No answer. Why did it fall back so low?
No answer. SEAC has always been a master promoter and their
stock is thinly traded compared to CCUR.

SEAC has always been a hard one to figure, whether it's going up or coming down. Obviously someone likes it.

For those investigators out there. I saw a small interesting article I think on Kagan yesterday.

It said that Cox was teaming with Good Guys (GGUY)
(stores like Best buy and Curcuit City) in which
GGUY would offer Cox cable services to people in Orange
County CA. and Las Vegas. The deal offered coupons for
PPV.

I think it would be interesting on where these two Systems
are standing in regards Digital Services like VOD.
They may be Cox's next two largest systems ready for VOD.
(McClean VA just ordered SFA equipment).
Did PPV really mean PPV or was it VOD in terms the customer
was familiar?
