stand corrected but I would still be very careful as the warning indicates some serious slow down in the end customer market. How many vendor has the financial power like Intel to raise spending at tough time ?

Eugene, CNBC has an INTC interview 6pm EST. Seems the news was priced in. AH INTC now 32 as per CNBC ticker.
