In this case, it was. I live in California where ultimately, a vote for Nader was meaningless. But in Florida, it cost Gore the election. However, Ralph Nader is the most genuine, kind hearted politician I've ever come across. It gave me hope that things can change here in America. Please don't blame Nader for Gore's apparent defeat. Ralph is an American hero and deserves the respect of all Americans. I was hoping a Gore victory would have given Nader a chance to speak his mind on a national level.
