I heard it mentioned that
in some cases, the voter wrote the name on the ballot.
other cases, the name was circled or underlined.

when you have had a lot of people fill in ballots incorrectly, some were smart enough to try to remedy
their mistake.

these votes have not been counted, because they
have not been allowed in hand recounts.
