so its the same thing that the Republican folks did......

was it illegal for the democrat absentee request forms be
mailed to them instead of the Supervisor of Elections ???
if not..........maybe it should be.
for what would be the difference between changing/correcting the applications after the Supervisor recieves it from what the democrats did ???
BOTH where done after the voter signed the request !
