Have those statistical analysis held up in a court of law, or do you believe everything in a newspaper is a fact? My point was the Gore team hired a statistician to prove their case in front of a judge, and it was a joke. I thought the guy was going to cry. It was particularly telling when he admitted under oath that his own proffer had mistakes and that the conclusions were meaningless. Proclaimed best lawyer in America and his statistician in a court of law vs. a hypothetical study in the newspaper. Remind me not to take any of your opinions too seriously.
