They wait (as does most of the Clown Nation) for the wondrous benefits of reinflation via the Greenspan Poot! As Noland pointed out, though, each succeding round of reinflation produces less and less of the desired effects (stimulating production output, etc) and more and more of the undesired (inflation, commodities crunches, excessive business and personal indebtedness, etc).

In other words, cuutting rates and running the printing presses will simply fail to work ("This time its REALLY different!"):
