I would have said I don't know whether Santorum is pro-choice, but after hearing that Falwell has blessed him, I would think he is pro-life. Wouldn't you?

I'm almost positive Santorum is strongly pro-life. He led the Senate's efforts in trying to ban partial birth abortion.
