OK. But I believe the testimony (as I've seen it reported because I have not persnally seen the trial) is that Dem, Repub and Indep. ballots were ALL thrown out if the ID was not included on the application. Now arguably, (as reported because I have not seen the testimony) the Republicans MAY have been unlawfully given an advantage by the election supervisors in Martin and Seminole County. However, even if that was true, voiding the votes of 25,000 people who did not participate in the fraud and whose ballot clearly indicates their intent is not a rational remedy. Its especially not rational for the Gore camp who have been preaching about how danged important it is to be counting all the votes.
