Administrative branch? a 4th branch of Government? Hey I grew up listening to a PRESIDENT of the US lie about a place far, far away. He lied through his teeth about two US destroyers that were "attacked"(Maddox and the Turner Joy) in the Gulf of Tonkin. He lied to the Congress and he got them to give him carte blanche to wage an "undeclared" war from the White House and the State Department. His lies resulted in 59,000 deaths. Don't dare talk to me about sex lies and audiotapes. They don't quite measure up by comparison. TG denigrating LBJ, another validation of my independent status
