Too little too late.. What would be better..is to require a real time snapshot of the Firms position and allow everyone to see the shares shrink as they sell into their own TV hype. Like under his name it would show 1,600,000 shares of AMZN...and as he gets on starts talking about how great AMAZON is....we could all see the number real time dropping down as it is sold to all the fishies. Real Disclosure..how about real time disclosure ....like.. " Yes My firm has a bankin relationship and we are dumping shares into this broadcast.."
