I think I understand it, it's the natural result of the Warren Court getting involved in everything. To be fair to African-Americans, the old time state legislatures enacted a lot of prejudicial laws, and it was the Warren Court that struck them down. The pendulum has swung too far the other way, now.

I agree with you, though, it's time for a good Constitutional crisis. But whether it is or it isn't, looks like we are gonna get one, like it or not.
