Greetings Tom, Agree with you about the German Company in Germany bit. Also, Infineon's challenge was always going to be a bit more difficult to refute since it involves JEDEC standards setting timelines etc. Much easier to talk about enforceability of straight patents such as in the Micron and Hyundai cases. Might need to change the timetable a bit though, especially for the May calls... I was thinking of exiting in Feb or thereabouts. Will probably need to stay in till late March or so seems like...or roll over into Sept. or Dec... Thoughts? Regards as always....
