There is a consistent, state-wide statutory standard in Texas. Makes every vote EQUAL. Do you have a problem with the concept of EQUAL? What is it about EQUAL that you don't understand?


EQUAL is not the law in Florida, which leaves counting standards to local canvassing boards. Come to think of it, aren't Republicans usually in favor of local control? Oops I forgot, in this case it's an outrage. 'Scuse me.
