You will need to see the statistician trying to make their case to see what I mean. The long and the short of it is the criteria used to support their case was incomplete. Their statistician did not know why they (Gore's legal team) did not provide him all of the information he needed, so I can only speculate. Since they are all smart people (Boies, the statistician, Gore) I can only assume that if he had all of the information it still would not have proven their (or your) point. That said, my speculation that they are smart could be wrong, or maybe they didn't think it was important to the case. I can't say for sure.

I can say that Sauls did not see any evidence to prove their claim and he used that as one of his MANY reasons to deny ALL FIVE of their claims.

I will also state for the record that I do not think the FL SC will overturn Sauls' ruling. Partly because there was NO EVIDENCE to show that Gore even MAY have won the state, much less won it via your hypothesised "slam dunk".

Maybe Sauls should have just read the Miami Herald. Then he would be just as smart as you are!
