I guess it depends on what your definition of "is" ....
Doh! wrong board. Yeah, you and JC caught the semantic safety net that I missed. However, Kumar is on the record (on more than one occasion) stating that Intel would tolerate AMD garnering a 15% market share, but would lower the boom (or some more colorful Kumarism) if AMD ever approached 20%. So, perhaps it depends on what Intels definition of significant is.
